Usage:

Check the function of the spray gun before construction.if there is hydrops, discharge it first.Open the window at the construction site, Maintain good ventilation, far away from fire and static electricity at the construction sit. Clean the surface of the material,no grease,no dust, no other debris. The spray nozzle should be perpendicular to the surface of the material evenly,the distance between spray nozzle and the surface of the material is around 0.5meters.the pressure of the spray nozzle should be 6kg, forming fan-shaped glue penetration, Approximately 45 degrees is effective. Glue layer should cover the material evenly; Spray gun should move evenly. After even spray, lay it for 1-2 min to agglutinate it. Better to place some pressure when conglutination is done; some special materials or processes need the water layer to be dried,then heating,pressuring and bonding,which can be adjusted according to the customer's requirements.

The influence of bad painting:if the glue is too thin, the adhesive surface will be not enough.if the glue is too thick,it will increase the cost, the drying rate will be slow,and  it will cause glue accumulating and influence the quality; rubber thickness asymmetry will cause glue accumulating and the phenomenon of flick.
