Honeycomb paper (including aluminum honeycomb paper, polymer honeycomb paper, etc.) special foam glue. Used in need filling device bonding honeycomb paper and other paper products.
Used for bonding fireproof board, honeycomb paper in devices such as security doors, etc..

Usage:
1)Brushing process: the surface of the working object is pretreatment →brushing glue →agglutination →curing. Cleaning the adhesive surface of security door to ensure that no rust and no oil. It will effect the adhesion of Styrofoam if this part not be good handled.
2)In order to ensure the strength of the adhesive, place the adhesive evenly coated scratch in the sticky surface. It's better to scrape with plastic toothed blade scraper, it can not use hairbrush brush glue because of high viscosity. The dosage of glue can be confirmed by the embossed depth of door. Brushing should not be too thick, exposed time not too long.
3)Pay attention to speed the process of gluing, coating evenly. It require fast speed in summer, not brush back and forth many times. If the action is slow, you can put pressure in the glue machine, don't wait for the surface glue has dried and then put pressure on. Agglutination can be handled by cold pier or hot pier, the minimum time of cold pier is 3-4 hours and the minimum time of hot pier is 15-30 minutes. The cement time over 10 hours, it's better that the backing temperature is 190 ~ 220C °.
4)Please seal use lid for the unused glue to avoid curing crust. The clean of tools can use ethyl acetate solvent, or it can be soaked in warm water for a few minutes, and then wash with soap. This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, sealed environment, please do not touch the water.
